I luv my MC books.. and this story was definitely a less gritty and violent one, which was perfect for their story.

Kadence is Nix's little boy Zayden's teacher, and they meet at a parent teacher conference because "Z" has an altercation with another little boy. Nix's delusional ex-wife calls him at the last minute because she is too busy having her nails done to go meet with the teacher... So we can thank the crazy woman for this great story!! lol

This book was well written, and has a great flow that i loved! add in a caring woman and man for a child and you just have to luv this!!
